What this website does and does not do with your data. It is short because the site does very little.

What we collect
Nothing you type, because there are no forms on this site. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no social media widgets.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period in order to serve the site and defend it against abuse. That is the legitimate interest basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts and images
All fonts and images are served from this site's own domain. Nothing is loaded from Google Fonts or any other content network, so no request leaves for a third party when you open a page.
The map
The Find us page can show a Google Maps embed. It stays switched off until you press the button. If you press it, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. If you would rather not, the address on that page is all you need.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to processing. Write to davor@in2theblue.com. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.
